DESCRIPTION:Want to eat AND live well? Come listen to how Dr. Dae uses lifestyle medicine to improve your overall health and wellness here at University of the Pacific! On Wednesday\, September 6th\, at the DUC commons from 11:30-1:15pm she will be explaining some creative\, quick and easy energy snacks that are perfect for college students. At the Robb Family Garden from 3:30-5pm we will learn more about how to efficiently grow and harvest food to live a healthier lifestyle. Lastly she will present again at 8pm in the Lair\, to talk more about diet\, future and community\, and how making healthy and delicious food choices will enhance the people around you. On Thursday\, the 7th\, from 12-1pm in Ballroom B\, lunch will be provided as faculty and staff join Dr. Dae in designing key elements for a sweet life. Giveaways will be provided– lots of raffle prizes and free samples!
