She will also be sampling plant-based Mushroom Bulgogi Lettuce Cups, a recipe of Jenné Claiborne from her cookbook, Vegan Vibes, 100 Soulful Plant-Based Recipes for Everyday Meals. This dish will also be served for Lunch.
