Bon Appétit Presents: “FOOD CHAINS” with M.E.Ch.A de Pacific and Pacific Latino Community Outreach

In honor of Farmworker Awareness Week, Bon Appetit at Pacific, M.E.Ch.A de Pacific and Pacific Latino Community Outreach are hosting a screening of the poignant and much anticipated documentary Food Chains, featuring Eric Schlosser and Eva Longoria.

In this exposé, an intrepid group of Florida farmworkers battle to defeat the $4 trillion global supermarket industry through their ingenious Fair Food program, which partners with growers and retailers to improve working conditions for farm laborers in the United States.
