Chef Appreciation Pop Up

In honor of Chef Appreciation Week, we are proud to recognize Chef Zulma for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences at the University of the Pacific.
A graduate of Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Chef Zulma has traveled to over 15 countries in pursuit of culinary excellence. Her favorite dish to prepare is one deeply rooted in tradition: pozole verde.
She will be making it tomorrow for the University of the Pacific community, sampling her family pozole recipe at dinner during a very special Chef Appreciation pop-up. The pozole will also be served at lunch at the Marketplace Kettles Station.
